THE ROLE
The INC National Office is looking for an exceptional Events & Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly competent individual who enjoys being an integral part of a team, assisting with building and supporting relationships with our pastors, churches, and other stakeholders. The Events & Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the movement’s national events, conferences and communication initiatives. This position ensures smooth planning and execution of events while helping to maintain clear and consistent communication across INC.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Events Coordination
• Plan and assist in the execution of INC events including but not limited to annual conferences, leadership gatherings, regional pop up events etc.• Coordinate logistics including venues, catering, accommodation, travel arrangements, equipment and volunteer support
• Work within event budgets and manage timelines and registration processes
• Liase with INC leadership, speakers, worship team, sponsors and partner ministries to ensure event success
• Travel to event locations to provide on-site support and coordination during events
Communications Administration
• Develop and distribute internal communications to churches, pastors and ministry leaders.• Assist in the development and dissemination of INC resources
• Ensure all communications are consistent with the theology, values and mission of INC
• Manage mailing lists, databases and media archives.• Assist with the creation and management of digital content for INC’s website and social media platforms.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as reasonably required by the Director ofCommunications & Connect.
• Support the INC Office team with general administrative duties including answering phone calls
• Be available to assist with projects or initiatives in other departments, as required by INC leadership, to support the wider mission and operations of the movement.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Suite, email marketing tools and socialmedia platforms
• Strong organisational and project management skills.• High level of integrity, accuracy, attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with grace and professionalism.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult effectivelywith diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.Desirable• Experience in a not-for-profit, church or faith-based organisation
• Graphic design skills or experience with design software.

THE ROLE
As a Group Accountant, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of INC’s diverse entities, including churches, schools, and ministries. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll provide expert financial guidance, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and support strategic resource management. This is an opportunity for a purpose-driven professional to blend technical expertise with a heart for ministry, building strong relationships with pastors, churches, and stakeholders in a collaborative, faith-filled environment.
Type of Employment: Full Time (preferred, with flexibility)

Remuneration: $110,000 – $130,000
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements per Australian Accounting Standards, oversee month-end/year-end processes, and deliver high-quality reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate external audits, ensure audit readiness, and support risk management initiatives.
- Develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide actionable financial insights to churches and ministries.
- Implement and manage financial systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), streamline processes, and boost financial literacy among stakeholders.
- Build relationships with pastors and churches, championing ethical stewardship aligned with INC’s Christian values.
- Support key INC events, such as the INC Conference, and undertake projects as directed by leadership.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CPA or CA qualification (or actively pursuing).
- 5+ years of financial accounting experience, ideally in group or consolidated reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and technical practices.
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks (MYOB a plus), and advanced Excel skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to manage deadlines with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
